Air automatic linear fusing press (Straight coveyor type)

Features:

1. Continuous fusing system thus increase productivity and unlimited working length.

2. Automatic tracking adjustment device prevents upper an lower belts from snaking and always keeps the belts right in the center position.

3. Dual thermostats and non contact solid state relay(S.S.R.) minimizes the temperature difference, reduces the noise and trouble shooting considerably.

4. Six heaters are adjustable as rear/front position so as to handle any fabrics or interlinings.

5. Anti-puckering silicon rubberized rollers are precisely controlled by air cylinder so that any different fabrics or interllinings can be perfactly fused and sandwich fusing is also possible.

6. Special aluminum treated heating elements assure long service life and the heating up period is short to reach 180^oC.

7. Easy to operate. Little maintenance.

8. The change of belts can be done in a short time.

9. Auto cooling & shut-off device.

10. Manual operation available as black-out.

11. Added with cooling fan.
